My name is Kathy Jones-Kristof. I started researching my Family Tree in 1995. In the beginning, all I had were my parents’ and grandparents’ names and birth dates. Now I have more than 6,000 people in my Family Tree and I’m not finished yet.
The most important thing in researching a Family Tree is being certain that everything in it is a Fact that comes from a verified Source.
That’s what I want to teach you—how to find facts so you’ll know that everything in your Family Tree is true. You don’t want to pass down to your children a Family Tree based on might be true. You want your Family Tree to be filled with what you know is true.
I will give how-to help for all levels of researchers. I’ll reveal everything I did to find my 6,000 ancestors, along with anything new that I learn as I continue my search to find more of my elusive Jones kin. By reading my posts, you’ll learn the process of genealogical research and how to make certain that every entry in your family file is a real Fact from a verified Source.
